Specimen Collection For High Sensitity COVID-19 Test Kit
*Prior to Collecting the nasal swab,below your nose before sampling.

Insert the entire absorbent tip of the nasal swab (less than 1 inch into the nostril of patient).

Firmly sample the nasal wall by rotating the swab in a circular path against the nasal wall at least 5 times. Take approximately8-10 seconds to collect the sample per nostril.

Using the same swab, repeat the process for the other nostril. Be sure to collect anynasal drainage that may bepresent on the swab.
Test Procedure For High Sensitity COVID-19 Test Kit
Wash your hands befor starting your test.
Remove the test cassette from the sealed foil pouch and use it within one hour.
Tear the aluminum foil on the extraction buffer tube.
Insert the extraction buffer tube into the hole on the kit as marked(Or place the tube in the tube holder ). “Not suitable for soft packaging".
Place the swab specimen in the extraction buffer tube.Rotate the swab for approximately 10 times while pressing the head against the inside of the extraction buffer tube body.
Remove the swab while squeening the swab head against the inside of the extraction buffertube as you remove it to expel as much liquld as possible from the wsab.
Fit the dropper tip on top of the extraction buffer tube.
Hold the tube vertically and transfer Three drops of the sample solution (approve 100 ul) to the sample well and then start the timer.
Read the result at 10 minutes, Do not interpret the result after 20 minutes.
Please dispose of the swab,extraction buffer tube and test device in the disposal bag provided inside the test kit package.Wash yourhands after the test.
